» Meltzer Law Offices has taken over the first and second floors of 873 Concord Street in Framingham.

In order to better serve its clients, Meltzer Law Offices will be closing its Concord Office and has expanded into the first and second Floor at 873 Concord Street in Framingham.  Located at the heart of the Framingham commercial corridor, the location is easily accessed from Route 9 and the Mass. Village Saab dismisses a defamation lawsuit when faced with a Motion to Dismiss and Counterclaims.

» Lawsuit attempted to chill the free speech rights of a disgruntled customer.

In its lawsuit, Village Saab demanded that its former customer take down her "gripesite" complaining about poor treatment.  The customer, in her countersuit and Motion to Dismiss, claimed violations of her right to free speech and violations of her civil rights under the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act.  Under pressure from the Court, Village Saab dismissed its lawsuit.  See more at www.villagesaabsucks.com.
