Village Saab dismisses a defamation lawsuit when faced with a Motion to Dismiss and Counterclaims.
» Lawsuit attempted to chill the free speech rights of a disgruntled customer.In its lawsuit, Village Saab demanded that its former customer take down her "gripesite" complaining about poor treatment. The customer, in her countersuit and Motion to Dismiss, claimed violations of her right to free speech and violations of her civil rights under the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act.
