I represent buyers, sellers, banks, and mortgage companies in all aspects of Massachusetts real estate law for residential real estate transactions and closings, purchases, re-financing, leasing, and construction loans.

I close single family homes, second homes, condominiums, multi-family homes, mixed use properties and investment properties. I am also familiar with short sales, foreclosures, and REO (Bank owned property) transactions. I am a title agent for the First American Title Insurance Company.

I have extensive experience in zoning and land use. I serve as a member of the Town of Framingham Zoning Board of Appeals. I regularly appear before local town boards, zoning boards of appeal (ZBA), planning boards, and other local agencies to obtain special permits, variances and other permits and licenses for businesses and real estate projects. As a former special land use counsel to many municipalities around the State, I offer a unique insight into the permitting process.

I also have extensive experience in Massachusetts real estate litigation involving zoning and permit appeals to the Superior, Land and Appeals Court on behalf of proponents and abutters.
