Abutters turn to us to assist them in negotiating favorable mitigation measures from developers and ensuring that municipal boards take to heart their responsibilities to preserve and protect neighborhood character.  We know when to work together with abutting landowners and project proponents, but we also understand when it becomes time to fight.

Acqusition and Sale of Real Estate:

Our experience in structuring and negotiating real estate purchase, sale and exchange transactions including major residential and commercial properties is extensive.

Real Estate Financing:

We counsel real estate developers, large and small, in connection with construction, interim and permanent financing for a variety of real estate projects. This representations has included conventional and non-conventional financing methods and sources.

Land Use:

We handle a wide variety of land use and permitting matters. These include assisting clients in obtaining permits for projects such as subdivisions, planned unit and master planned developments, golf courses and recreational facilities. The firm assists clients in obtaining required governmental approvals and entitlements, including compliance with the ever-increasing regulations at the federal, state and local level.
