We handle a wide variety of land use and permitting matters. These include assisting clients in obtaining permits for projects such as subdivisions, planned unit and master planned developments, golf courses and recreational facilities. The firm assists clients in obtaining required governmental approvals and entitlements, including compliance with the ever-increasing regulations at the federal, state and local level.
